1.2 Fees & Payments

Fees once paid are subject to the refund policy mentioned below.
Delayed payments may result in suspension of classes or access.
1.3 Student Conduct
Students must maintain discipline and respectful behavior.
Misconduct, cheating, or damage to institute property may lead to termination without refund.
Use of institute software for illegal purposes is strictly prohibited.
1.4 Certificates
Certificates will be issued only after:
Completion of course duration
Submission of required assignments/projects
Clearance of all dues
1.5 Changes in Course Structure
MotionMax Designing Institute reserves the right to update course content, schedule, or faculty when necessary.
2.Refund & Cancellation Policy
2.1 Course Cancellation by Student
If a student cancels before course commencement, refund may be provided after deducting registration charges.
No refund will be provided once the course has started.
In special medical or unavoidable circumstances, refund requests will be reviewed by management.
2.2 Course Cancellation by Institute
If the institute cancels a course batch, students will be offered:
Alternative batch option, OR
Refund of paid fees (excluding registration charges, if applicable).
2.3 Transfer Policy
Course transfer to another batch may be allowed depending on seat availability and management approval.
